I changed the protected status inside the database copy (which made it not protected in the test copy site) however when I tried uninstalling pkg_joomla it gave me a warning " Package Uninstall: Missing manifest file."When you have created a test copy on localhost ... you can unlock Pkg_joomla in the database
In the DB row now i see the related manifest_cache changed to "false" (which wasn't my doing). Before it was a string starting with legacyxxxx but I didn't think I had to copy it down..
This test copy I'm working on is the latest backup from 3.10.12, I don't have access to any backup from J2.5 since it was so long ago and I wasn't managing this yet ( and the agency deleted them)
